Prequel - CP9 Saga

A doujinshi featuring the story of Jon Arbuckle (Garfield's owner), who, through ****-logic crossover shenanigans became an actual CP9 agent. Enjoy the insanity!

AFTERWORD:
And, that's that - the last page of Agent of CP9. The whole thing, along with the prequel, took almost exactly a year to make - and I couldn't be happier with the way it turned out (well, actually, I could, but what the heck).
I would like to thank all who supported me - especially DCatpuppet, who commented on every single page from the very beginning. Without your support, I'd have given up long ago - so thanks a humongous lot.
Last but not least, some trivia:
- Jon never had the Six Powers in the first place. He was simply SO convinced that the home training he did in the prequel had worked, that he practically had them. It's called the power of ignorance.
- He wasn't a CP9 agent, as well - he got appointed as a janitor in the CP9 tower, and when he got his ID, he was so excited, that he read only up to the "CP9" in the "CP9 Tower". It's all on page 28, if you look closely.
- By the time I started this whole thing, I didn't read the CP9 cover arc, so the ending I made up then differed quite a bit from what was presented in the end (Jon was supposed to return home on the last page).
- The battle against Luffy drew out WAY longer than I expected it to be. I caught myself thinking "Just end already, darn you!".
- I didn't paint with ink, like Oda does - everything was drawn with pens and black markers.
- The most fun One Piece character to draw was Lucci in his leopard form. Hands down. The spots were a pure joy to render. On the other hand, the least fun was probably Kaku - his face is a pain to draw.
- Again, the most fun scenery was destroyed Enies Lobby, with all the buildings lying down and the rubble (which allowed me to just swing my pen wildly without it looking bad).
- You've all been played, actually. Jon is basically the "perpetual underdog" cliché, which I more or less deliberately used to garner sympathy. Sorry, people!
